The Inspire Growth Academy is our training, development and employment hub for young people. We provide career opportunities, youth interventions and a space for young people to develop their skills while building self-esteem.
Our range of workshops, training and interventions are tailored to the needs and interests of the children and young people we work with. All of our programmes are delivered by dynamic facilitators, we work closely with partner organisations to provide robust and engaging workshops for young people.

Aims and Objectives
To provide a space for youth workers to innovate

To develop programmes based on the interests of young people
To structure workshops for young people with 'real world use'
To encourage young people to participate in positive social engagement
To offer young people a platform to express themselves and their ideas, and assist them in delivering youth led projects
