Inspire Growth was founded in 2018 by Ashur Lapompe and Miles Clarke. We bring experience in residential settings, youth support and mentoring to a service built around young people.
We believe that preparing for adulthood takes more than a place to live. Young people need adults who listen, routines they can trust and opportunities to build skills and confidence.
Our work combines accommodation with practical support, positive relationships and collaboration with the professional network. Young people’s needs, identity and ambitions shape the plans we work on together.
Our current services include Inspire Growth House for males aged 16–17 and Loxford House for males aged 18+. We are preparing a new 16–17 setting in Portsmouth as the next stage of our growth.
