A secure base for the next steps.
Ofsted-registered supported accommodation for young males aged 16–17 who are looked after or care leavers. A welcoming home and consistent relationships support the transition towards independence.

Daily life is where progress begins.
At Inspire Growth House, young people have their own furnished bedroom and access to comfortable shared spaces. Staff are present 24 hours a day, with planned keywork and practical help shaped around each young person’s needs.
- Weekly one-to-one keywork and regular reviews of individual goals.
- Cooking, shopping, budgeting, travel and looking after a home.
- Support to access education, training and employment opportunities.
- Help to connect with health services and specialist support where needed.
- Positive relationships, cultural identity, recreation and community connections.
- Joint work with social workers and other professionals on care, support and pathway plans.
Careful matching comes first.
We consider the young person’s wishes, current needs, support plan and safeguarding information alongside the needs of those already living in the home. This includes young people rebuilding routines after disruption and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, where the service is suitable.
Supported accommodation is for young people whose needs can be met through a support model. Suitability, staffing and the proposed package are agreed through the referral assessment.
