Our 16–17 provision is male-only shared accommodation for looked-after children and care leavers. Our separate 18+ service operates through an accommodation and floating support model.

Safeguarding is part of everyday practice.

Individual risk assessments, clear safeguarding procedures and timely work with social workers and relevant agencies guide support. Staff induction, safeguarding training, supervision and safer recruitment underpin the team’s work.

Our service works with placing authorities and the wider network through keywork, progress reporting, reviews and communication about individual needs and risks.
