More independence.
Support within reach.
Accommodation and agreed support visits for young adult males aged 18+, including care leavers. Practical, person-centred support helps turn everyday responsibilities into growing confidence.

Building skills that last beyond the placement.
Our floating support model combines accommodation with planned visits and support hours agreed around individual needs. It suits young adults ready to take greater responsibility for their home, routines and future plans.
- Budgeting, bills and accessing relevant benefits and services.
- Cooking, cleaning and maintaining a comfortable home.
- Education, job applications and training or apprenticeship pathways.
- Managing travel, appointments and everyday administration.
- Wellbeing, positive relationships and community involvement.
- Preparation for move-on accommodation and tenancy responsibilities.
A clear, agreed support package.
We work with the young adult, their personal adviser or social worker and the commissioning team to agree the support required. Progress is reviewed and the package can be discussed as circumstances change.
